Markings will adhere to prescribed specifications in A999/A999M and shall include the NPS or OD and schedule number or average wall thickness, heat number, and NH (when hydrotesting is not performed) and ET (when eddy-current testing is performed) or UT (when ultrasonic testing is performed). The marking shall also include the manufacturer's private identifying mark, the marking requirement of section 12.3 on Hydrostatic or Nondestructive Electric Test, if applicable, and whether seamless (SML), welded (WLD), or heavily cold-worked (HCW). For Grades TP304H, TP316H, TP321H & TP347H, the marking shall also include the heat number and heat-treatment lot identification.
Flattening Test For material heat treated in a continuous furnace flattening tests shall be made on a sufficient number of pipes to constitute 5% of the lot, but in no case less than 2 lengths of pipe.
Hydraulic Test or Nondestructive Test Each pipe shall be subjected to the Nondestructive Test or the hydraulic test

TP321 12X18H10T 06Cr18Ni11Ti is Chrome-nickel stainless steel with addition of titanium with increased hardness, elasticity, maintaining non-magnetic properties, resistance to intergranular corrosion and increased temperatures. It is characterized by significant resistance to nitric-acid, nitric-acid salts in high concentrations and temperatures, cold solutions of salts, toluene, sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, formic acid and a large portion of organic acids. It is worth mentioning about the very good impact strength maintained at low temperatures, sufficient ductility of the materials, as well as increased resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion due to the content of titanium in the chemical composition. It is used in the chemical, food, cryogenic, nitric, aerospace, paper and fuel industries for pressure vessels, liquid installations, tanks, pipelines, fittings, components of equipment and machinery in food processing, silos and tanks for the production of chemical compounds, radiators, heat exchangers, corrosion-resistant springs, parts requiring increased strength in structures, and autoclaves. The steel is distinguished by its good weldability.

  1. All of our stainless steel seamless pipe & tubes are packaged as per international standard to prevent any possible damage or loss. By default, we will use thick woven plastic bag to bundle the finished pipes together in batches.
  2. For some special pipes & tubes that are vulnerable to dirt, scratches, stress or rough handling, we will suggest wooden case for protection. Kindly note, wooden case can incur extra cost, not only its own cost, but also the increased freight cost, which is especially true for air transportation.
  3. For enhanced customer experience, we also provide dedicated package as per your special requirements.
