	Markings will adhere to prescribed specifications in A999/A999M and shall include the NPS or OD and schedule number or average wall thickness, heat number, and NH (when hydrotesting is not performed) and ET (when eddy-current testing is performed) or UT (when ultrasonic testing is performed). The marking shall also include the manufacturer's private identifying mark, the marking requirement of section 12.3 on Hydrostatic or Nondestructive Electric Test, if applicable, and whether seamless (SML), welded (WLD), or heavily cold-worked (HCW). For Grades TP304H, TP316H, TP321H & TP347H, the marking shall also include the heat number and heat-treatment lot identification.

Product Parameters

Grade 304 is an austenitic stainless steel containing (18.0% - 20.0%) chromium and (8.0% - 10.0%) nickel. 304 is the most familiar and most frequently used stainless steel. It is considered suitable for a wide variety of applications due to its good corrosion resistance, ease of fabrication, excellent formability, and high strength with low weight. 304 is the most cost-effective stainless steel and has excellent forming and welding properties. It also offers good corrosion resistance and performs well under appropriate temperature conditions.

Packaging & Shipping

1. All of our stainless steel seamless pipe & tubes are packaged as per international standard to prevent any possible damage or loss. By default, we will use thick woven plastic bag to bundle the finished pipes together in batches.
2. For some special pipes & tubes that are vulnerable to dirt, scratches, stress or rough handling, we will suggest wooden case for protection. Kindly note, wooden case can incur extra cost, not only its own cost, but also the increased freight cost, which is especially true for air transportation.
3. For enhanced customer experience, we also provide dedicated package as per your special requirements.

Our company welcomes inspections conducted by customers directly or through their designated third-party inspection agencies, such as SGS, BV, TUV, DNV, and other industry-recognized organizations. A: All products must undergo three inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process, including production, cutting, and packaging. The factory inspection report is provided with the goods. If necessary, third-party inspections such as SGS can be accepted.

A: Different products and procurement quantities have different delivery times. The product will be delivered as soon as possible on the basis of quality assurance. Usually, if the goods are in stock, it takes 3-10 days. Alternatively, if the goods are out of stock, it will take 25 to 45 days.
