ASME SA213 ASTM A213 S31254 254smo Stainless Steel Seamless Tube Heat Exchanger Tube Air Cooler Condenser Evaporator PartHeat exchanger tube in an extensive range of austenitic stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, nickel alloys, titanium and zirconium, suitable for all types of heat exchangers, such as seawater coolers, condensers, evaporators, heaters and reheaters.
Our heat exchanger tube portfolio includes imperial and metric sizes, from outside diameter 12 mm up to 40 mm (0.472 to 1.575 in.). Special sizes can be made to order. The heat exchanger tubes are supplied in straight lengths up to 30 meters, or as U-bent tubes.
Pipes with the conventional diameters of 19mm, 25mm, 32mm, 38mm are in stock, can be customized as required at the maximum length of 30m, and can be subjected to two processes, i.e. cold-drawing (soft-state industrial pipes after being annealed and pickled) and cold-rolling (internal and external bright-annealed hard-state pipes and soft-state industrial pipes annealed with uniform wall thickness) based on different applications.

Markings Markings will adhere to prescribed specifications in A999/A999M and shall include the NPS or OD and schedule number or average wall thickness, heat number, and NH (when hydrotesting is not performed) and ET (when eddy-current testing is performed) or UT (when ultrasonic testing is performed). The marking shall also include the manufacturer's private identifying mark, the marking requirement of section 12.3 on Hydrostatic or Nondestructive Electric Test, if applicable, and whether seamless (SML), welded (WLD), or heavily cold-worked (HCW). For Grades TP304H, TP316H, TP321H & TP347H, the marking shall also include the heat number and heat-treatment lot identification.
Flattening Test For material heat treated in a continuous furnace flattening tests shall be made on a sufficient number of pipes to constitute 5% of the lot, but in no case less than 2 lengths of pipe.
Hydrostatic or Nondestructive Testing Each pipe shall be subjected to the nondestructive electric test or the hydrostatic test

The presence of molybdenum content provides superior resistance to pitting and general corrosion. Furthermore, it offers superior resistance to other inorganic acids as well as organic acids also. The addition of copper content develops resistance in both aggressive and mild circumstances. Even more, it offers resistance to intergranular corrosion in welded surroundings. The heat treatment is done at 1090 to 1175 degree C pursued by quick cooling. However thermal treatment is more convenient for hardening. The welding procedure of these heat exchangers/ condenser is performed through conventional methods.

  1. All of our stainless steel seamless pipe & tubes are packaged as per international standard to prevent any possible damage or loss. By default, we will use thick woven plastic bag to bundle the finished pipes together in batches.
  2. For some special pipes & tubes that are vulnerable to dirt, scratches, stress or rough handling, we will suggest wooden case for protection. Kindly note, wooden case can incur extra cost, not only its own cost, but also the increased freight cost, which is especially true for air transportation.
  3. For enhanced customer experience, we also provide dedicated package as per your special requirements.
