Pipes of Class 1 shall be double welded by processes employing filler metal in all passes and shall be completely radiographed. 

Pipes of Class 2 shall be double welded by processes employing filler metal in all passes with no radiography. 

Pipes of Class 3 and Class 4 shall be single welded except that the weld pass of the latter exposed to the inside pipe surface may be without the addition of filler metal. 

Pipes of Class 5 shall be double welded by processes employing filler metal and shall be spot radiographed. 

Weld defects shall be repaired by removal to sound metal and rewelding. 

Subsequent heat treatment shall be as required on the original welds. 

The finished pipes shall be subjected to transverse tension test, transverse guided-bend weld test, and hydrostatic test.

 

Pipes are formed from A240/A240M Chromium and Chromium-Nickel Stainless Steel Plate, Sheet, and Strip for Pressure Vessels and for General Applications.

Packaging & Shipping

1. All of our stainless steel seamless pipe & tubes are packaged as per international standard to prevent any possible damage or loss. By default, we will use thick woven plastic bag to bundle the finished pipes together in batches.
2. For some special pipes & tubes that are vulnerable to dirt, scratches, stress or rough handling, we will suggest wooden case for protection. Kindly note, wooden case can incur extra cost, not only its own cost, but also the increased freight cost, which is especially true for air transportation.
3. For enhanced customer experience, we also provide dedicated package as per your special requirements.

The inspection of our company and products is open to customers themselves or their designated third-party inspectors, such as SGS, BV, TUV, DNV, etc., who are well-known in the industry.

1.Q: Do you provide customized product services?
A: Of course, we can design and produce the products you need based on your specifications and drawings. For example: special dimensions, special controls, OEM, etc.

2.Q: Are you a manufacturer or trader?
A: We are manufacturers. We have our own factory to produce and process various kinds of stainless steel /nickel alloy pipes.

3.Q: Can we get the some samples?Is there a charge?
A: Yes, we will provide you with the samples you want. The samples are free of charge, but the customer may have to pay the freight.

4.Q: Can we visit your factory?
A: Of course, we welcome you to visit our factory on-site or visit our production line through online videos to learn more about our strength and quality. Once we have your schedule, we will arrange a professional sales team to follow up with you.

5.Q: How do you ensure the quality of the product?
A: All products must undergo three inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process, including production, cutting, and packaging. The factory inspection report is provided with the goods. If necessary, third-party inspections such as SGS can be accepted.

6.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Different products and procurement quantities have different delivery times. The product will be delivered as soon as possible on the basis of quality assurance. Usually, if the goods are in stock, it takes 3-10 days. Alternatively, if the goods are out of stock, it will take 25 to 45 days.

7.Q: Can you arrange shipment?

8.Q: What if I don't have import experience?
