GH3030 alloy material is a Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthened and deformed high-temperature alloy with a service temperature below 800°C. The alloy has good thermal strength, high plasticity, resistance to cold and thermal fatigue and oxidation properties, and has good cold stamping and welding process properties. The alloy becomes single-phase austenite after solid solution treatment, and its structure is stable during use. It is mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber parts that work below 800°C, and for high-temperature parts below 1100°C that require oxidation resistance but bear small loads. The main products are cold-rolled plates, bars, rings, wires and pipes. GH3030 alloy materials have been used to manufacture aero-engine combustion chambers, afterburners and casing mounting edges. GH3030 alloy material has excellent welding performance and can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding, seam welding or brazing. If the solid solution temperature is low during production, the old grain boundaries formed by residual carbides will be retained.
GH3030 is a high-temperature alloy and is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy. It is also known as Alloy 3030 or Inconel 3030. The alloy is primarily composed of nickel (approximately 55%), chromium (approximately 19%) and iron (approximately 18%), with smaller amounts of other elements such as cobalt, molybdenum and aluminum.
GH3030 has excellent high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and creep resistance, making it suitable for applications in extreme environments. It is particularly useful in industries such as aerospace, gas turbines, chemical processing and nuclear reactors. The alloy maintains its mechanical properties at high temperatures and shows good corrosion resistance in various corrosive media.

5. Packing | *All of our nickel alloy seamless pipes and tubes are packaged according to international standards to prevent any possible damage or loss. By default, we will use thick woven plastic bags to bundle the finished pipes together in batches. For some special pipes and tubes that are vulnerable to dirt, scratches, stress, or rough handling, we will suggest using wooden cases for protection. Please note that wooden cases may incur extra costs not only for the case itself but also for increased freight costs, especially when using air transportation. To enhance customer experience, we also provide dedicated packaging according to your specific requirements." |

AOvality -The permissible variations in this table apply to individual measurements, incluluding out-of-roundness (ovality) except for the following: For pipe and tube having a nominal wall thickness of 3% or less of the nominal outside diameter, the mean outside diameter shall conform to the permissible variations of this table and individual measurements (including ovality) shall conform to the plus and minus values of the table, with the values increased by 0.5% of the nominal ouside diameter. For pipe and tube over 4 1/2 in. (114 mm) in outside diameter with a nominal wall thickness greater than 3% of the nominal ouside diameter with a nominal wall thickness greater than 3% of the nominal outside diameter, the mean outside diameter shall conform to the permissible variations of this table and individual measurements shall not exceed twice the permissible variations of the table.BEccentricity - The permissible variations in this table to individual measurements including eccentricity. |
Positive Material Identification (PMI) | Guohao Steel can perform PMI testing in house for most stainless steel grades, or we can work with independent labs to complete PMI in order to meet customer specifications. |
Testing | In some cases, HT/ET/UT testing of the stainless steel pipes may be required. We can assist you with this requirement. |
